  • After more than 4 decades of dedicating his career to the deep foundation industry, Don Dolly is rejoining our team as the new President and CEO.

    With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the field, Don is a true leader who will be responsible for guiding the overall direction of the company. His return marks a new chapter for Foundation, and we’re confident that his leadership will help us achieve our goals and continue to grow.

  • Chief Operations Officer
  • Over 20 years with Foundation
  • John brings over four decades of experience to Foundation, having dedicated his entire career to the construction industry, specializing in deep foundations for the past four decades. He is responsible for the overall planning and management of all projects across all divisions within Foundation. This extensive experience provides him with a unique and invaluable perspective on every aspect of project execution.
  • Brook Serafino
  • Chief Financial Officer
  • 4 years with Foundation
  • Brook joined our company in 2020 and was appointed to lead our Finance Department. He brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong foundation in public accounting. Throughout his career, Brook has demonstrated expertise in the Construction and Healthcare sectors, serving both public and private entities. Notably, he also served as the Accounting Department Manager for a $3 billion credit union for several years.

  • Vice President of Operations
  • 5 years with Foundation
  • Dylan possesses a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has over a decade of experience managing construction projects across both the public and private sectors. He currently leads our Project Management team, overseeing all aspects of project execution, including budget development, planning, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Wyatt Gregory, PE
  • Engineering Director
  • 12 years with Foundation
  • Wyatt leads Foundation’s Engineering department, overseeing all engineering efforts, including our design-build and design-assist programs. He brings over a decade of experience to this role, with a strong foundation in structural and geotechnical pile design. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has dedicated the past 12+ years to advancing his expertise in this field.
  • Brandon Hassfeld
  • Senior Estimator, Team Lead
  • 10 years with Foundation
  • Brandon brings over a decade of experience within Foundation, having progressed from Project Management to his current role as Head of Estimating across all divisions. He has extensive knowledge in the deep foundation sector and successfully led the company’s largest project to date.

    Since 2022, Brandon has expanded his responsibilities to manage all new project acquisition efforts, including estimating and proposal development for the entire company.

  • Marketing Manager
  • 2 years with Foundation
  • Jarret joined Foundation in 2023, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the Marketing Technology space. He possesses a strong understanding of how to leverage marketing to enhance brand image and drive business growth. In his current role, Jarret leads marketing communications and business development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate Foundation’s value proposition to the market.

  • Safety Manager
  • Over 15 years with Foundation
  • With a distinguished career spanning both field and leadership roles, Rusty brings a wealth of experience to his current position overseeing safety at Foundation. Prior to assuming this role, he served as a Foreman, contributing to the successful completion of several major projects. Since 2021, Rusty has been instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture, prioritizing employee well-being and operational excellence.

  • Payroll / HR Manager
  • Over 25 years with Foundation
  • With over 25 years of dedicated service, Jolynn is Foundation’s longest-tenured employee. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Human Resources function. Currently, Jolynn oversees all aspects of employee lifecycle management, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and management of the company’s ESOP retirement plan.
